本研究目的係探討科技大學學生性經驗與避孕相關因素。採描述性橫斷式之相關性研究以結構性問卷調查法蒐集資料，以南部某科技大學學生為研究對象，共發出3,140份問卷，有效問卷為2,168份，問卷完成率69%。所得重要結論：1.有性經驗人數隨著年級不同而有差異，年級愈高有性經驗人數愈多，四年級有性經驗男生25.12%及女生26.45%。2.大學學生採取避孕措施時，會在意是否影響性樂趣與購買避孕用品時的尷尬，且每次性行為皆需採取避孕措施與備好避孕用品的把握程度較低；而性伴侶避孕態度可能會影響採取避孕措施的意願。3.避孕態度與避孕規範方面女生較男生正向，而有性經驗者比無性經驗者在避孕知識與避孕態度有正確認知與正向觀念。

This study explored the sexual experience and contraception-related factors among college students. This study adopted descriptive cross-study structured survey and for data collection. Subjects were 3,140 students of a technology university in Southern Taiwan to answer the survey questions, with 2,168 valid copies, or 69 percent response rate. Major findings included: sexual experience varied with age level: 1. the older the students, the higher the number of students having sexual experience, with 25.12 percent male and 26.45 percent female students having sexual experience. 2. The embarrassment at purchasing contraceptive devices and the factor of sexual pleasure affected students in taking contraceptive measures. The ratio of taking contraceptive devices tended to be low and sexual partner’s attitude toward contraception also affected the intent of taking contraception; 3. Females showed more positive attitude than male students and more experienced students showed more positive attitude toward contraception than their less experienced counterparts.
