中文摘要

本研究旨在以培育試驗,探討土壤中添加不同量之稻殼生物炭改良劑,對土壤之性質以及其碳貯存與溫室氣體 (CO2和N2O) 排放的影響。稻殼生物炭以0、5、10、15 g/kg soil的施用量添加到兩種不同土系的土壤(酸性的平鎮系土壤以及中性的和興系土壤),在黑暗中培育56天。培育期間採集土壤,分析其水分含量、pH值、導電度 (EC)、陽離子交換容量 (CEC)、有機質含量、氮含量、有效磷含量、有效鉀含量及微生物生質碳等,並探究此等土壤性質於培育期間的變化。結果顯示,稻殼生物炭的添加會顯著增加土壤pH、有效磷及有效鉀含量以及碳貯存;對土壤EC、CEC、微生物生質碳、全氮及無機氮含量則無顯著影響。此外,稻殼生物炭添加可以減少平鎮系土壤CO2、N2O、CO2e以及和興系土壤CO2排放,但增加和興系土壤N2O排放。

英文摘要

Effects of rice husk biochar (RHB) amendment on soil properties, carbon sequestration, and greenhouse gas emissions (CO2 and N2O) were examined using a laboratory incubation approach. Four levels of RHB (0,5, 10,15 g/kg soil) were added into two different series of soil (acid Pinchen series and neutral Hoshin series soils) and all samples were incubated at 25℃ for 56 days. The water content, pH, electrical conductivity (EC),
CEC, organic matter content, total nitrogen content, and microbial biomass C were analyzed during incubation.The results showed that RHB amendment increased soil pH, available phosphorus content, available potassium content and carbon sequestration, but had no significant effect on soil EC, CEC, microbial biomass C, total nitrogen and inorganic nitrogen contents. In addition, RHB amendments increased N2O emission in Hoshin series soil while reduced N2O emission in Pinchen series soil. CO2 emission was reduced in both soils but only the CO2e emission from Pinchen series soil was significantly reduced.
