中文摘要

本文研究的目的是發展雙動力驅動車輛之驅動器和電控系統。此雙動力驅動系統,包括無刷馬達、發電機、內燃機、磁粉式煞車、能量整合機構以及磷酸鋰鐵 (LiFePO4) 電池充電系統。我們採用數位訊號處理器 (DSP) 晶片TMS320LF2407A 作為複合電動車輛電控系統的主控制器。本系統採用磷酸鋰鐵電池為基礎之並聯式複合動力車輛的電控系統,研究車輛各種運作模式之控制。此外,為了驗證本文所發展技術之正確性,我們利用Matlab 進行系統模擬,同時也建構了一組雙動力驅動車輛平台,經由系統模擬與平台實測之結果證明,此電控系統的效能良好。

英文摘要

The central purpose of this study is to develop a driver and a controller
for an electric control system for a dual power driving vehicle. The
system contains a brushless direct current (BLDC) motor driver, a lithium
iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery charging system, a generator driver and
an energy management system. In the electric control system, a digital
signal processor (DSP) TMS320LF2407 is used to as the main controller.
This study applies the electric control system for a LiFePO4-battery-based
parallel hybrid system and controls the vehicle’s operation modes. The
development of energy management strategy under load conditions is also
discussed. Moreover, after the construction of an experiment platform,
real tests of the dual power functions of the electric control system were
conducted and predictions verified.
