骨骷掃描頭腳相能協助分離骨盆跟膀忱的影像。不過以雙偵測頭加馬閃爍攝影機轉換成Lmode進行頭腳相造影的時候，直立起來的偵測頭常常是關掉的。這直立起來的偵測頭可以照到病人坐起時下背部的影像。同時參考病人直立與躺下狀態的影像可以協助診斷解剖學上的游離腎。我們報告兩個骨骷掃描時偶然診斷出游離腎的案例。骨酪掃描頭腳相造影時讓兩個偵測頭同時造影是個方便而且非侵入性鬱斷解剖學上游離腎的工具。

Caudal view ofbone scan is helpful in distinguishing the bladder from仕le pelvic bone. However， the camera head in vertical position is always turned off when we take caudal view with a twoheaded scinti11ation camera in L position. Upright image of the lower back can be obtained with 也evertical head. Sequential upright and supine images are helpful in diagnosing anatomical nephroptosis. We report two cases of movable kidney diagnosed incidenta11y during the bone scan. Switching both camera heads on when we take the cauda1 view wi也a two-headed camera 恆L-shapedposition is a convenient， non-invasive method to screen anatomical nephroptosis.
