第1型糖尿病是兒童最常見的慢性病之ㄧ，醫療的進步雖提升第1型糖尿病的存活率，但疾病的影響以及需長期接受治療的衝擊，使處於成長階段的第1型糖尿病兒童呈現較多生、心理問題，對疾病的治療也產生負面的影響。因應技能訓練近年來被運用在改善糖尿病兒童的健康適應，能促進其產生正向的健康狀態，因此本文旨在介紹因應技能訓練應用於糖尿病個案的成效，作為治療第1型糖尿病兒童的輔助參考資料。

Type 1 diabetes is one of the most common chronic diseases in children. The progress of modern medicine has improved the survival of type 1 diabetes. However, the impact of disease and long-term therapy has brought about more physical and psychological problems which adversely affect the outcome of therapy. Coping skills training has been commonly used to improve the accommodation to the healthy issue in diabetic children. It has been proven effective to promote positive attitude and thus approach health. The purpose of this article was to introduce the utilization of coping skills training in diabetes subjects and provide a reference to treatment in diabetic children.
