8月8日，莫拉克颱風來襲且重創台灣中南部，莫拉克颱風是臺灣50年來罕見的大風災，許多災民及救難人員己出現心理情緒及生理症狀。創傷後壓力症候群是一種常見且嚴重的焦慮疾患，常好發於創傷事件之後。本文旨在介紹創傷後壓力症候群的定義、診斷、相關因素及治療，期能提供心理衛生護理人員協助災民時的參考。

On August 8, 2009, the middle and south part of Taiwan was severely damaged by the Morakot typhoon. The Morakot typhoon is the worst storm to strike Taiwan in more than 50 years. Post traumatic stress disorder is a prevalent and prolonged anxiety disorder that may occur subsequent to a severe trauma. The major aim of this article was to introduce post traumatic stress disorder including its definition, diagnosis, related factors, and treatment. The contents of this article may provide a reference to increase typhoon victims’ mental health for mental health nurses.
