中文摘要
在法國整體環境行政中，對於特定人為設施之管制方式，從前端的立法、中端的行政、到末端的司法，每一環節的介入角度，皆具備相當獨特性。其中，行政法院在經濟發展與環境保護權利權衡間，對於列管設施之一般性規定與環境影響評估程序，所發揮的高密度監督審查角色，對我國相類似制度，應得發揮相當啟發作用。
英文摘要
In the French Environmental Administration, the control of classified installations comes from the Legislature, the Administration, and the Judicial, and each part of the intervention is unique.Among them, the Administrative Court plays the role of high density to the general
provisions of classified installations and environmental impact assessment procedures for balancing the need for economic development with the importance of environmental protection.This system might provide for the legal system in Taiwan.
