中文摘要

學術殿堂於知識經濟時代扮演著知識創新、擴散與應用之先驅。知識傳播的方法許多,校園網站
能提供優異的輔助功能。因此,一個兼容並蓄學校園網站對學術單位而言既重要且必須。學校的實體成效透過「高等教育評鑑機制」檢驗現況與改進建議讓辦學政策與執行方向有所依據。然而,許多實體成效優秀的學校與其網站的表現常出現落差。因此,校園網站的表現與輔助是否適切成為一個令人關注的議題。本論文借重品質評鑑機制,透過「網路計量」與「評鑑認可」方式,提出一個全面且快速檢驗校園網站的方法,本論文命名為QECW評鑑方法,並以逢甲大學為例檢核網站品質與提出建議,透過持續改進以有效地縮減實體校園辦學成效與網站內容呈現上的落差,達到校園網站品質提升之目標。

英文摘要

Knowledge innovation, diffusion and application are the key in the era of knowledge economy, and academic is the pioneer. The Campus Website is the one of the ways for knowledge dissemination that provides excellent auxiliary to enhance knowledge extension and symbolism of the virtual campus. Therefore, an all-embracing site is necessary and important for the Academe. The Higher education evaluation mechanism use to improve the schooling by status review and recommendations. Up to now, each school has its own Website and design style, but the gap between Website and institution making confuse usually, ex. Doll-like main page for Mechanical Engineering. The Campus Website has quality problem still. That is advantageous to Campus Website, if the Evaluation Methodology works on the institution. We expect to improve on Campus Website in criteria and indicators by evaluation method to shortest gap and content match with the institution and the Website. Let Campus Website shows the
University as within so without.
