Verburg et al. (2002) 提出的CLUE-s模式逐漸被國內學者應用於景觀變遷相關研究,但是進行鄉村地區景觀變遷模擬時,最佳網格尺度及參數設定值到底為何仍缺乏相關研究進行驗證。本研究目的於驗證出CLUE-s 模式於臺灣鄉村地區景觀變遷模擬時最佳的網格尺度及轉移彈性設定參數,以南投縣埔里為試驗個案,以2000 年為模擬起始年,以2006 年為460 組不同參數組模擬景觀變遷後精確度驗證年。研究結果發現地理空間條件、社會經濟及災害因素是影響埔里鎮景觀變遷的重要因素,以CLUE-s 模式模擬埔里鎮的景觀變遷時,採用100×100m網格尺度,且林地、建成地、農地、草地、水體的轉移彈性設定為0.5:0.5:0.1:0.5:0.5,各土地利用別間允許相互轉換時,整體景觀模擬的精確度最高。本研究雖然僅是個案研究,然而研究結論可提供臺灣鄉村地區未來應用CLUE-s 模式進行景觀變遷時參數設定、驅動變數選定及網格尺度決定之參考。

英文摘要

The Conversion of Land Use and its Effect at Small regional extent (CLUE-s)model is one of the mostly commonly used landscape change simulation model.Some researchers applied CLUE-s model to simulate landscape change in watershed,subwatershed and coastal area, but determination of data resolution and to set up conversion elasticities remain uncertain. This work is to catch optimum parameters of CLUE-s model for rural landscape change simulation in Taiwan. There were 460 groups of parameters input to CLUE-s model simulate landscape change from 2000 to 2006 in Puli township in central Taiwan. Kappa values were calculated base on simulation map in 2006 and digital map from national land surveying and mapping center in 2006. Results of multi-resolution simulation accuracy test suggested that
utilization of 100×100m resolution with conversion elasticities for forest land,urbanized land, agriculture land, grassland and water body of 0.5, 0.5, 0.1, 0.5, 0.5,respectively, can optimize the performance of CLUE-s.
