父母親是個體發展的啟蒙教師,其社經地位、教育態度牽動著個體學習的結果。故本研究的主要目的在探討國中生的父母社經地位、個體學習動機與其學業成就之關係。比較不同社經背景下的國中生在學習動機與其學業成就的差異情形。本研究以嘉義市立三所國民中學之一年級學生爲受試者,經施測第一部份「學生基本資料及家庭環境調查表」,以及第二部分「學習動機量表」用以蒐集資料,採文獻探討和問卷調查法,輔以結構方程模式進行統計分析。本研究之預期成效如下:一、不同背景變項的國中生在「學習動機」之各層面上有差異。二、不同背景變項的國中生在「學業成就」上有差異。三、不同「學習動機」的國中生在其「學業成就」上有相關。四、國中生的「父母社經地位」與其「學習動機」對其「學業成就」具有預測力。本研究根據研究結果,對國中生父母、學校教師、學校行政單位與後續研究提出相關建議。

英文摘要

Parents are the enlightenment teachers of individual development, their socioeconomic status, education attitudes affect the individual learning outcomes. The main purpose of this research was to investigate relation of the parental socioeconomic status, individual learning motivation and academic achievement. And Compared the difference of learning motivation and academic achievement in different socio-economic background of junior high school students. In this research, we sampling three junior high school first-grade students in Chiayi City as subjects, measured by the first part of the scales, "the students' basic information and family environment questionnaire," and the second part "learning motivation scale" to collect data. Then we review literature and analysis questionnaire survey, supplemented by structural equation modeling to do our research. The expected results of this research are as follows:First, different background of junior high school students' various levels of "learning motivation" are different. Second, different background of junior high school students' various levels of "academic achievement" are different. Third, different "learning motivation" of junior high school students are relative to their "academic performance". Fourth, "parental socioeconomic status" of junior high school students and their "learning motivation" can predict "academic performance".Based on these research results, this study offers related suggestions to parents, teachers and school authorities and successive researchers.
