西方兵聖克勞塞維茲在其鉅著《戰爭論》中,揭示了所謂「戰爭之霧」的存在,他認為:「在戰爭中許多情報往往是矛盾的,甚至有許多是虛假的,更多則是不確實的。」這些現在資訊理論中所謂的「噪音」與不確定的要素,在戰場上融合成了遮蔽指揮者與士兵的迷霧,此即「戰爭之霧」。因此,解決的辦法必須要確保戰場資訊不會洩漏,通訊雙方的身分必須是可驗證的。本文中所提之自我認證是指交談的雙方僅需要靠雙方傳送一些公開的資訊,即可達成雙方身分的確認,而不需透過第三者來做保證或協調。如此可在混亂的戰場環境之下,增加溝通的效率以及提升訊息來源的可信程度。鑒於如此及未來無線網路應用的普及化,我們設計一套植基於橢圓曲線密碼機制的演算法,兼具高安全性及高執行效率的優點。本研究具有以下三項優點:(1)建置一安全並可離線作業的身分認證機制;(2)與現存公開金鑰密碼系統比較,本研究使用了以橢圓曲線密碼系統,可提升身分驗證的效益並設計單回合認證機制,也就是可以達到快速驗證;(3)在完成註冊程序的通訊雙方可不需再透過認證單位來執行認證作業,以達到自我認證之效。

英文摘要

Western military theorist, Carl Philipp Gottlieb von Clausewitz, in his masterpiece “on war”described so-called “fog of war”. He said: “Most intelligence is contradictions in the war.Most of them are false and dubitable.” Among the information theory, so-called “Noise” and
dubitable are the elements of fog which confuse the commanders and soldiers. It’s namely the“fog of war”. Therefore, the solution must be ensured battle space information is not leaking.Both parties can be certificated each other. This study mentioned the self-certification means
both parties only use a number of public information to confirm each other. The third parties guarantee or coordinate is needless. This can increase communication efficiency and the reliability of information sources in the chaotic battlefield environment. We will present a logarithm based on ECC mechanism which attach the advantage of high secure and high efficiency. This study has the following three advantages:
(1) Build a secure and offline identity certification mechanism.(2) Compare with existing public key cryptosystem, this study used the ECC to enhance the identity verification and design a single round certification mechanism to achieve rapid verification.(3) In order to achieve self-certification, it is no longer to perform the certification work
through the authentication unit until the two sides completed the registration process.
