在本論文中以一種新式微膠囊包覆技術來製備微難溶解性新血管藥物膠囊以求達到藥物控制釋放,本研究採用新式oil/oil懸浮蒸發法,不同於以往常用的W/O或O/W懸浮蒸發法,成功製得
不同基材水難溶性乙基纖維素 (EC) 和水易溶性羥丙基纖維素 (HPC)的微膠囊。W/O或O/W懸浮
蒸發法製粒率一般在30-40%,本法可提高得到80-90%以上的製粒率,此為本研究的創新,此外利用此新式懸浮蒸發法製得微膠曩,並探討其製成包覆難溶解性藥物isosorbide dinitrate (ISDN) 微膠囊的不同釋放機制。
The study for a new microencapsulation technology prepared poorly soluble cardiotonic drug(isosorbide dinitrate) to control release date. This study use the new oil/oil suspension evaporation method, being different from ordinary w/o or o/w suspension evaporation method, to prepare different matrices of poorly soluble ethylcellulose and soluble hydroxypropylcellulose microcapsules. The particle ratio of ordinary w/o or o/w suspension evaporation method is 30-40%, however the one of this
method improves above 80-90%. This is innovation of this method. Therefore this study used this new suspension evaporation method to prepared the microcapsules and indicate the release mechanisms for
microcapsules poorly soluble isosorbide dinitrate.
