本文以案例是推理的運作機制4REs,擷取(REtrieve)、在使用(REuse)、修正或調適(REvise)、保留(REtain),為實習教師提出一個網路支援環境的構想;首先,將資深教師在教學上所處理成功的案例,以個案的方式儲存於知識庫中,接著,請學者專家針對這些案例進行分析評論,並予以修正,最後,當實習教師在教學上遇到難題時,可以透過案例知識庫,擷取相關方案與策略,以協助其問題的解決。本文僅是提出一個構想,未來一進一步進行實徵研究,以瞭解其應用於教育之可能性。

英文摘要

To help with student-teachers' professional development, it is important to reduce their frustration and torment. In this article, a three-step of case-based reasoning viewpoint supportive networking is proposed. First, we store up the successful cases in a knowledge library. Second, we invite scholars and experts to review these cases. Finally, when the student-teachers have meet problems during their teaching, they may search in the knowledge library for the similar cases so their can pick up the useful lesson planning and strategies to help with their problem solving. In the future, more empirical researches should be conducted to identify with the application of the knowledge library in education.
