本研究旨在探討大學生父子關係與子職態度之關係，主要目為:1.分析副子關係對子職態度的預測效果。2.關納研究結果，提出具體建議，作為提升父子關係與子職態度及後續相關研究之參考。為達上述目的，本研究採調查研究方法來蒐集資料，依先前研究結果，以自編之「父子關係量表」、「子職態度量表」為研究工具，調查南部地區共計434位就讀南部地區六所大學與技專校院學生，資料蒐集以迴歸分析法進行資料處理。依上述研究目的及實證研究結果，本研究主要結論為:父子關係對整體的子職態度及其層面有顯著的預測力。根據上述研究結論，本研究提出建議包括:從日常生活中培養父子關係對依附感:培養父子關係的被重視感及敬佩感，支持體恤父親。

The instruments used in the study were Filial Attitude and Father-Child Relationship Scale. The study used cluster sampling and investigated 434 college students from the southem part of Taiwan in the Academic Year of 2007. The data collected from target samples were analyzed by regression analysis. The results of this stusy are as follow: The father-child relationship of the college school students has strong explanatory power in predicting college school students' filial attitude. Based on above findings, the study offers suggestions for students,schools and further research respectively.
