乳癌是女性最常見的惡性腫瘤，幾乎佔所有惡性腫瘤的1/3，它是40到44歲的婦女最主要的死因。在所有婦女中，大約有7%會罹患乳癌。本研究結合衛生所運用地域管理模式深入社區乳房超音波偵測，調查地區涵概:豐原、東勢、石岡、潭子、神岡、三義、新社、卓蘭及豐原醫院內所作檢查。本研究主要目的再於提供乳癌的發生率依都市化程度、是否具地理區域上的差異。此外，回收有效統計問卷495份，調查項目為:體重、罩杯大小、職業、年齡、學歷、居住地點、偏好食物、已婚情況、餵過母乳、家族病史、乳房檢查種類、自我檢查行為等。將相關數據整理後，計算每一種處理方法的預測值，選擇最高預期值的處理方法。再使用敏感性試驗來評估不確定因素的影響。本文結果應用在醫療決策上參考，將不確定感數量化以後，臨床醫師可以根據檢驗結果，調整對診斷的把握程度，並決定是否要開始治療，增強勝算機率。

The breast cancer is women's most common malignant tumor, nearly accounts for 1/3 of all malignant tumor. It is a main cause of the death of the women 40 to 44 years old. Among all women, probably 7% will suffer from the breast cancer. This research combines the bealth center and uses the management style in the region to deepen community's breast ultrasonic mammograph to detect, examine and investigate that the area contains generally: Fong-Yuang、Tong-Sue、Su-Kong、Taiwn-Tsie、Sahn-Kong、San-Yie、Shing-Shru、Zhuo Lan and Fong-Yuang Hospital. This main purpose of research lies in offering the incidence of the breast cancer in accordance with the urbanization degree, having a difference on geographical areas. In addition, retrieve 495 effective questionnaires of statistics, investigate that the project is : Weight, the size of the cup, job, age, academic credentials, place of residence, partiality food, married situation, giving birth baby breast milk, family medical history, breast check kind, and self-examination behavior. After putting the relevant data in order, calculate the expectancy value of every kind of treatment methods; choose the highest anticipated treatment method that is worth. And then use the sensitiveness test to assess the influence of the uncertain factor.
