本研究從知識管理的角度探討中部某護理專科學校實習學生如何管理實習情境中所獲得的知識。以個案研究方式進行，主要藉由文獻分析與深度訪談來收集資料，綜合三位個案的知識管理方式如下:1.知識取得:主要經由「人」或從「期刊、書籍」、「網際網路」來取得知識;2.知識儲存:以「書面文件」、「word或powerpoint電子檔案」為主;3.知識分享:透過團體討論或閒聊等來進行分享;4.知識應用與創新:主要將習得的知識應用在護理實習的工作上。

The purpose of the study was to explore the nursing students how to manage their practice situation knowledge. Case study, literature review and interview are adopted as reserch methods. The major findings are as follows:1.Knowledge acquisition: through human interaction, read books and internet;2.Knowledge storage: through paper writing and digital files;3.Knowledge sharing:through group discussion and personal chats;4.Knowledge application and innovation:through norsing practice.
