隨著新技術新產品不斷地被開發,企業在面臨與日俱增的市場競爭下,需依賴創新設計以提高生存利基。而專利的取得與行使是目前重要的趨勢,使得產業研發愈需藉由智慧財產權的保護與利用來強化競爭力。因此,本研究擬以專利資訊為基礎,藉由系統化的方式建構創新性產品設計模式,並以吹風機產品設計為例,說明與驗證此模式流程。研究顯示,經由專利檢索與專利分析,以及創新方法的運用與轉換,使設計之產品符合專利申請標的,進而降低或迴避侵害他人的專利權。此模式之建立,將有助於增加產品開發成功之機會,降低產品上市之風險,而此研究成果亦已獲得中華民國新型專利。
New technologies and new product are being designed every day. In order to face fierce competitions, companies rely more on product innovative designs to increase its niche in the market. The acquisition and exercise of patents is an important trend currently. Industrial R&D depend on the protection and utilization of intellectual properties to enhance its
competitiveness. Therefore, this research is based on patent information, constructing an innovative product design model systematically. A hair dryer product design example is used to illustrate the model process. The research results show that the product is designed to meet the patent application target through the patent search and analysis and the deployment and transformation of innovation method and even avoid counterfeiting or infringing on other’s patents. When doing so, the chance for success in the new product development can be increased and the market risk for it can be lower.
