中文摘要

本文以國家圖書館建構之「全國博碩士論文資訊網」為樣本範圍,蒐集了58篇以學校決定為主題的學位論文,以文件分析法就論文產出的時間、研究取向、研究主題、研究對象、研究方法五項進行歸類與分析,並據此提出發現:(1)臺灣有關學校決定的相關學術論文發展,出現平緩的趨勢。(2)研究主題多以探討校長和教師的行政決定為主。(3)研究變項大多以受試者的背景資料,如:性別、學歷、年資、職務等,對參與學校決定的差異情形。(4)研究對象偏向以國小教師佔大多數。(5)研究方法以自編問卷實施量化調查為大宗。透過本文之研究,期有助於相關研究者對於後續研究之參考與啟示。

英文摘要

This research collects 58 dissertations and theses from the Electronic Theses and Dissertations System of the National Central Library in Taiwan, focusing on school decision. It then employs the method of document analysis to conduct a thorough investigation based on time, research approaches, research topics, research objects, and research methods. The above investigation reveals some findings of the research: (1)the trend of dissertation of school-related decision is gradually flat. (2) The research approaches focus on administrative decisions of principals and teachers in elementary school. (3)The results showed most of the background information on subjects, for example: gender, education, seniority, and job, about their participant in school decision. (4)Research objects tend to account for the majority of elementary school teachers. (5) The research methods are based on quantitative survey of self-made questionnaires.
