中文摘要

任何藝術作品,皆是結合「形象思維」、「邏輯思維」與「綜合思維」而成。其中,「形象思維」所涉及的,是「意」與「象」之形成及其表現;「邏輯思維」所涉及的,是「意」與「象」之組織;「綜合思維」所涉及的,是「意」與「象」之統合;故任何藝術作品皆可以廣義之「意象」,將其主要內涵「一以貫之」,進而探討其運用。本篇論文即從傳統意象出發,兼攝電影藝術等相關理論,探討創作靈感取自中國民間俗諺之《三個和尚》動畫短片。不僅從「事象」、「物象」探求其個別意象之意涵及其生動表現;更經由整體結構及個別畫面之構成,探討意象群在整部影片中之組織;進而透過意象之統合,從源頭梳理整體意象,以掌握其「主題」與「風格」。

英文摘要

Any art form is a combination of form, logic and complex thinking. Of any images, form is the forming and expressing, logic is the organization and complex is the integration. In a broad sense,any art form can be approached through images study.Images are the signs of any art form and have all the characteristics of signs in semiotics. Film as an art form is of the same semiotic level as any literature work.With the traditional images theory and also other film theories, this thesis explores the creative inspiration of the short animation "The Three Monks" in three aspects.1. From the materials used (events and objects) to explore the context of the vivid images.2.Through overall structure and individual frame to explore the images organization of the animation.3. By integral study of all the images and their origins to grasp the animation’s theme and style.
