本試驗之目的為解決夏季小白菜生產上所遭遇淹水傷害問題,試用植物營養劑以增加小白菜對淹水耐受性。以海藻素及速喜對四品種小白菜進行處理,結果海藻素(KELPAK) 1000 倍或速喜(BIOGROW) 600 倍處理可降低小白菜因淹水損失鮮重的3.0%-33.8%,減緩葉綠素的降解,維持光合作用的能力,減少葉片失水,且可促進排水後植株恢復生長。二種植物營養劑處理皆可減緩植株淹水的傷害,速喜處理效果優於海藻素;較未處理者鮮重增加8.1%-16.0%。

英文摘要

Plant nutrient supplements, seaweed extract (KELPAK) and BIOGROW, were applied on pakchoi plants in order to alleviate waterlogging damage. When the plants were treated with 1000x diluted KELPAK or 600x diluted BIOGROW, the fresh weight loss due to waterlogging reduced by 3.0%-33.8%. Chlorophyll depression was reduced as well. Besides, the photosynthesis rate and water content of leaves remained unchanged under waterlogging. The BIOGROW treated plants had 8.1%-16.0% more fresh weight than the
untreated control. Both KELPAK and BIOGROW improved the plant growth after waterlogging.
