隨著國人生活水平的提升,抗氧化與如何延緩老化,保有年輕活力與青春永駐將是人人未來嚮往追求的目標。依經濟部統計國人近年來對於消費項目顯示,化妝品與天然保健食品的消費金額逐年攀升,表示國人未來對於飽食之餘,於健康保養與容貌的回春改變意願增大。外觀的整型手術與服用保健食品皆可讓容貌與生理機能達到該有的活力,延緩身體機能老化,皮膚保養的訴求大多則以塗抹保養品為主。如何吃得健康,抹得安心是消費者所共同訴求的目標,目前市面上的有機食品與天然化妝品是符合這些需求而逐年蓬勃發展的,藉由臨床實驗驗證的報告,可以讓消費者更有信心使用,也是未來保健食品與化妝品努力的方向。自由基的產生與人體生理老化是有關連性的,自由基產生會因外在環境因素與內在生理機能改變而增加,使用與塗抹抗氧化劑可以有效率地清除人體自由基,讓皮膚可藉以延緩生理與膚質老化是目前市場的趨勢。本實驗研究擬以天然物(葡萄籽、高山茶葉、烏拉草等)萃取物,測試其抗氧化,得知其清除自由基的能力,以提供未來市場開發新產品的參考。

英文摘要

With people's living levels improve, it is the goal for most people to slow down the aging,to maintain youthful vigor in the future. In recent years, according to Ministry of EconomicAffairs statistics show for consumer items, cosmetics and health food consumption arerising year by year. It indicates that people would like to spend more time and money onthe health maintenance and appearance change so as to get well rejuvenation. Theappearance of plastic surgery and taking health food would achieve the appearance changeand physiological function better that would slow down aging of the people. All the skincare products are used on the skin of people. How to eat healthy, and the cosmetics are safeto use, is the common aspiration of the target consumers. The current market for organicfood and natural cosmetics is in line with the booming demand year after year. The clinicaltrials of the products could allow consumers to have more confidence in the use of them.Free radical generation is related to the human physiology of aging. Free radicalsgeneration is due to external environmental factors and internal physiological changes. Toincrease the use of antioxidants could be efficiently applied to remove the body of freeradicals. It is the tendency of market that people who use the antioxidants could beefficiently applied to remove the body of free radicals. This study is intended to get the testof free radicals scavenging on the natural products (grape seed, tea leaves, lifkin)extract.This result provides a reference on market material development in the future.
