本研究主要在探討美容保健科學生使用經痛穴位按壓法及按摩之成效，使用類實驗研究設計（Quasi-experimental research design）。以南部某一專科學校美容保健科六十位學生為研究對象，採隨機分配分組方式分成兩組，實驗組前測後採團體教學方式，教導經痛穴位按壓法及按摩，於團體教導後六週執行後測，給予填寫後測問卷。而對照組只給予填寫前、後測問卷調查，未給予經痛穴位按壓法及按摩教導之介入。研究發現，經痛穴位按壓法及按摩知識、態度、行為之相關因素方面，實驗組在前測部分無顯著相關。而在後測部分知識總分與態度總分達顯著性，顯著性(雙尾) 0.049(p<0.05)。實驗組經由教導經痛穴位按壓法及按摩後，增加對知識的了解，進而影響態度。此研究可作為師生或美容保健相關之從業人員參考，透過教導與演練經痛穴位按壓法及按摩，將提升其知識水準與正向之態度。

This study focuses on the beauty and health science students use the dysmenorrheal,acupressure and massage effectiveness, the use of quasi-experimental research design(Quasi-experimental research design). Beauty and health of a College of the SouthernSection sixty students study, randomly assigned into two groupings, the experimental groupafter the mining group pre-test teaching methods, teaching through the dysmenorrheal,acupressure and massage, in the groups after six weeks of teaching After the test execution,post-test given to fill out questionnaires. Fill in the control group given only the pre andpost-test questionnaire, not given by the dysmenorrheal, acupressure and massage to teachthe intervention. Study found that dysmenorrheal, acupressure and massage knowledge,attitudes, and behavior-related factors, the experimental group, no significant correlation partof the first test. While in the latter part of the knowledge test scores and attitude scores ofsignificant, significant (two-tailed) 0.049 (p <0.05). Experimental group holds back the lawand the massage after the guidance dysmenorrheal acupuncture point, increases to theknowledge the understanding, then influence manner. This research may refers as theteachers and students or of jobholders the cosmetology health care related, holds back thelaw and the massage by the guidance and the drilling dysmenorrheal acupuncture point, willpromote its knowledge standard and to it manner.
