本研究以水蒸氣蒸餾法萃取柚子皮精油(Essential Oil)與純露(Hydrosol)。有別於一般柑橘類採用冷壓法萃取精油，目的是除了精油亦可得到純露。應用氣相層析儀串聯質譜儀找到27 種揮發性物質構成精油，而純露中則發現8 種化合物。精油中以檸檬烯(61.03%)為主要成分；而純露中則有反式及順式-芳樟醇氧化物及芳樟醇，共占為64.25%及α-松油醇占12.72%。精油和純露均可直接應用於化妝品中作為原料，純露亦適於應用在芳香療法，且不需稀釋。
英文摘要
This work, apart from the normal practice of Expression for citrus, employed SteamDistillation to extract Essential Oil (EO) and Hydrosol (HS) from Pomelo, a produce of Bali,New Taipei City, Taiwan, ROC. GC/MASS was engaged to analyze the chemicalcomposition in EO and HS. There are 27 volatile compounds found in EO and 8 in HS.The main ingredient in EO is Limonene (61.03%), whereas linalool and linalool oxidetogether take up 64.25% of HS. HS also has 12.72% as α-Terpineol. EO and HS can beboth utilized in cosmetics. In addition, HS can also be exploited in Aroma Therapy withoutdilution.
