形象顧問(Image Consultant)包含有企業形象和個人視覺形象的管理,而形象指的是公眾對一個企業或各人價值評論的總合,也是對外表現的一種自我的定位。形象顧問應是以專業的角度和立場有計劃有步驟的幫不同客戶做啟蒙和適合的形象塑造。因此,分析、探討形象顧問產業運用那些關鍵因素?創造成功的經營優勢條件,更是業界努力的方向。據此,本研究運用德飛法透過專家問卷、訪談、回覆後修正,逐步分析不同構面與準則來探討,建構關鍵成功因素評量指標。指標構面透過九位專家四回合的訪談問卷後整理結果顯示「成功因素評量指標」中,其中以具備「良好溝通能力」和「專業知識和技能」的比例是非常重要的構面,另瞭解「個人魅力」以及具備「市場需求」特質亦是關鍵成功因素的基礎指標。

英文摘要

Image consultant includes the management of cooperation image and personal visual image.The image means the total summarization of the public opinion verse an enterprises or anindividual. It is a self-orientated position as well. Image consultant should utilize his or herprofessionalism to modify different clients from every possibly angle and platform with planand procedure in order to suit his or her need. Therefore, analyze, explore the methods of thekey elements or factors of the image advisory industry in order to create successfulmanagement superiority, shall be the further direction of this industry. This research basedon Delphi method, with questionnaires, interviews, with professionals, making adjustmentswith their answers, analyze different profiles and principles step by step, structure theevaluation index of the key successful factors. The profile index had gone through fourrounds of interviews and questionnaires. The after calculation result indicates the “evaluationindex of the key successful factors” shows whoever process the “negotiation capability” and“professional knowledge and skill” are the most important part of profile. The understandingthe “personal glamour” and withhold the charter of “market requirement” are also the basicindex of the successful key factor.
