消費者對於婚禮總會期望能夠留下最美好的回憶，因此新娘秘書所該具備哪些的專業能力是一個重要議題。本研究是透過文獻探討、開放性問卷對新娘秘書進行調查，接著用德菲法進行新娘秘書應具備的專業能力評估要素之評分架構，再藉由層級分析法整合專家群意見，以建立一套新娘秘書對於專業能力的需求評估模式。結果顯示構面的層級權重中首重為「整體造型應具備專業能力」，其次為「專業技術知能」，接著是「專業態度」，最後為「行銷手法」，而「整體造型應具備專業能力」佔了總整體權重值36.2%。

Consumers deservedly expect their wedding would have the most beautiful memory. It is animportant issue to realize what abilities should a bridal designer have. The study uses literaturediscussion and open questionnaire to investigate the abilities of bridal designer, and thenconstruction the appraisal factors through Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarch Process. Theresults shows the most important is “the specialized ability that overall modeling should have”,the second is “specialized technology knowledge”, the third is “specialized attitude”, andthe final is “marketing technique”. And “the specialized ability that overall modelingshould have” occupies 36.2% in all weight value.
