本研究以Y 世代的年輕人觀點探討女性成為名人需具備哪些條件,了解這世代年輕人的觀點找出魅力因子,並且設計出一套對Y 世代年輕人的需求。本研究使用的資料分析方法包括次數分配、描述統計、項目分析、Cronbach α 內部一致性分析、探索性因素分析、驗證性因素分析、t 考驗與單因子變異數分析。本研究發現女性名人應具備時尚、努力、討論度、特色、機會、堅持、積極、自信、表演慾、吸引力、領導力、氣質、令人尊敬、幽默等魅力因素。
In this study, Y generation of young women to become famous view of what conditionsneed to have to understand this generation of young people's views to find the charm factor,and a set of design requirements for the Y generation of young people. Understand the charmfactor, you must first define the factors and characteristics which celebrities define the scopeof this study used data analysis methods, including frequency distribution, descriptivestatistics, item analysis, Cronbach α internal consistency analysis, exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis, t-test, and ANOVA analysis. The study found that celebritiesshould have the fashion, to discuss the degree, characteristics, opportunities, persistence,positive, confident, show desire, attraction, leadership, temperament, respected, humor andother attractive factors.
