夜市在臺灣的各個角落不斷的擴展,其商業行為更是多元化幾乎可比擬為小型的百貨公司了!在夜市購買服飾也變成大眾習慣之一。為提升夜市攤販業者在評選設位址時可提高準確率、降低風險且有目標性的規劃。 本研究以群體決策蒐集專家意見並建立評估要素,以德菲法與層級分析法進行建構商圈地點評估要素之評分架構以建立一套商圈地點選擇之評估模式。經研究發現夜市攤販業者對於選擇攤販擺設地點要點評估指標的第二層指標中首重「人口統計變數」,其次為「夜市特性」,接著是「近便性」及「商圈發展性」最後為「競爭攤位因素」,而「人口統計變數」佔了總整體權重值的35%。

英文摘要

The night markets are spring up everywhere in Taiwan. they are kind of mini department stores! Tohelp the vendors choose the suitable postions, reduce the risk and draw them up well. The studysuggests an essential reference for the executives for choicing market places and theirinvestment appraisal. The study is done by group decision making and collect the opinions frommasters and develop the appraisal essential factors by Delphi and Analytic Hierarchy process (AHP)methods. The results show “variable of the population statistics”, ” feature of the nightmarkets”, ”convenience”, ” expansibility of the business district” and “competition”. “variable ofthe population statistcs” take 35% of the total weight.
