中文摘要

隨著新移民婦女的增加,社政、教育、醫療…等全面性的為新移民婦女所舉辦的活動,呈現明顯的增多。研究者經歷多年的新移民婦女服務心得之後,從最近完成的新移民婦女自我效能成長團體方案中發現,日常生活中成功學習的體驗,可以讓新移民婦女覺察到自己是對家庭具有該項工作能力、性向和淺能;覺得自己的工作是重要的、對家庭有價值的貢獻。整個方案的執行共計有十人持續參加,透過提供成員有興趣的主題,進行十二次活動。從問卷統計及質性研究的過程中發現,生命經驗中無法從認知、學習獲得的技能,由生活的學習是可行的,足以讓新移民婦女知道他和別人的關係,知道哪些地方做的很好,知道他應做什麼,足以改進未來的績效。

英文摘要

Because of the increase of new immigrant women, there are many activity was hold for new immigrant women by human service agency, present obvious increasing.After the researcher devoted selfdevelop group program of new immigrant women for many years, and finished the selfefficacy group of new immigrant recently, the researcher finds in daily life it succeed experience of learning, it can let new immigrant women to perceive, she have the talents, aptitude and potential need to her family, feel that her job is important and makes a valuable contribution.There are 10 group members to participate the whole project in continuously,through offering an interesting theme to members, carry on 12 activities. Find from
questionnaire statistics and qualitative research, unable from the cognitive, technical ability to obtain in lifelong experience, learning by life is feasible, its can be know her relationship with other people, know what she is doing well, know what she should do to improve future performance.
