中文摘要

本研究應用稻殼液於作物之蚜蟲、蔬菜苗立枯病菌、猝倒病菌及炭疽病之病蟲害防治及生長抑制。結果顯示稻殼液稀釋10、50、80及100倍對蚜蟲及炭疽病可產生致死效果,有效降低危害度及罹病度,因稻穀液無農藥殘留餘慮,故可應用於發生蚜蟲及炭疽病連續採收的作物,應可大面積推廣,供農民應用參考。如施用結果只需驅避病蟲害,加大稀釋倍數亦可達到驅避效果。蔬菜苗立枯病菌與猝倒病菌防生長抑制試驗中,兩種稻殼液在稀釋倍數10倍與50倍經過一個星期後未有立枯病菌與猝倒病菌生長,表示在此濃度下對於立枯病菌與猝倒病菌有相當好的抑菌效果;在病害與蟲害防治試驗中經過統計分析具有顯著差異,表示生態稻殼液對於病害及蟲害致死效應顯著。

英文摘要

This study is about the use of rice husk vinegar against Aphis gossypii Glover, Rhizoctonia solani, Pythium aphanidermatum and Colletotrichum lagenarium (Pass.) Ell. & Halsted. The results indicate that rice husk
vinegar can kill A. gossypii Glover and C. lagenarium (Pass.) Ell. & Halsted. Also, because rice husk vinegar is not harmful to human body, it may be used for the crops prone to the attack by A. gossypii Glover and C.
lagenarium (Pass.) Ell. & Halsted and may be widely used for large fields. Farmers may benefit from the use of it. If the purpose is only to repel the blight, more diluted rice husk vinegar may be used. In the experiments on the use of the rice husk vinegar against R. solani and P. aphanidermatum, no growth of R. solani or P.aphanidermatum was found in the culture dishes containing 10X and 50X dilutions of the rice husk vinegar after one week. This means that such levels of concentration (10X and 50X) have good suppressive capability of diseases. After the data were analysed by the Duncan’s multiple range test, we concluded that the use of rice husk vinegar may provide effective control for the plant pests.
