本研究以參加北部某醫學中心「小兒氣喘緩解期中醫優質門診照護試辦計畫」之患童家屬爲研究對象,探討該計畫之醫療服務品質,共獲得的份有效問卷(回收率75.3%)。受訪者以對「中醫五音治療有幫助」評價最低,而以對「護理人員和藹可親」評價最高。在已使用氣管擴張吸入劑之患童家屬中,同意在接受照護計畫後患童氣管擴張吸入劑使用次數有減少者高達80%。另類醫療經驗與自費參加照護意願之間有明顯相關(p=0.002)。
The aim of this study was to explore the service quality about the high quality pediatric asthma outpatient clinic project in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). These data were collected from the relatives of the participants in this project in one medical center of northern Taiwan. There were 67 valid questionnaires enrolled into analysis (response rate 75.3%). The results revealed that the most agreed item was
