茶油在台灣民間被用來治療胃病已有悠久歷史。本實驗目的,為了研究茶油對胃潰瘍的作用,以茶油和沙拉油治療大鼠醋酸性及酒精性胃潰瘍,結果顯示,茶油具有促進醋酸性胃潰瘍癒合及保護酒精性胃潰瘍胃黏膜急性損傷的作用,而沙拉油對醋酸引起的胃潰瘍無治療作用,但對酒精性胃潰瘍具有明顯的保護作用。至於茶油和沙拉油抗實驗性胃潰瘍的作用機理,是否與其本身含有脂肪油、生育酚及固醇類成分有關,均有待進一步的研究。
Oiltea oil has a long history in Taiwan folk medicine as a remedy for stomach disease. In order to investigate the effects of oiltea oil treatment of gastric ulcer, oiltea oil and salad oil are used to treat experimental gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid and alcohol in rats. Results demonstrate that oiltea oil not only significantly promotes healing of gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid, but also can protect acute gastric mucosa injury induced by alcohol. On the other hand, salad oil dose not therapeutic effect for acetic acid induced gastric ulcer, but significantly has a protection for acute alcoholic gastric ulcer. The mechanism of oiltea oil and salad oil against experimental gastric ulcer effect whether be related to components of oiltea oil and salad oil including fatty oil, tocopherols and sterols worthy further research.
