過去尚未有研究探討職場友誼與組織公民行為之關係,並且透過邏輯推理兩者可能具有不一致之關係。因此,本研究欲由交易與關懷觀點釐清其關係。本研究發出537 份問卷,有效回收問卷份數為286 份。實證結果顯示職場友誼與組織公民行為為正向關係,並且職場友誼與對個人有利之組織公民行為之正向關係高於職場友誼與對組織有利之組織公民行為之正向關係。然而關懷型職場友誼與組織公民行為之正向關係未顯著高於交易型職場友誼與組織公民行為之正向關係。研究結果對管理實務與未來研究提供建議。

英文摘要

Little study is conducted to examine the relationship between workplace friendship and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Moreover, by reasoning, such a relationship remains unclear. Therefore, the aim of this study is to clarify this relationship by communal and exchange
perspectives. A total of 286 valid questionnaires were collected.
Empirical data showed that workplace friendship is positively associated with OCB. The positive relationship between workplace friendship and OCB toward other people is stronger than the positive relationship between workplace friendship and OCB toward the organization. However, the positive relationship between communal workplace friendship and OCB is not stronger than the positive relationship between exchange workplace friendship and OCB. Discussion and suggestions for future research are provided.
