本研究藉由專案管理的專案管理知識體系(the project management body of knowledge,
PMBOK)手法,將個案「保健食品區域公司」在採購方面之問題以九大知識領域為構面,逐一解決、整合、協調出適合個案公司的採購策略,擬訂個案最佳化採購策略,以聯合、統購、批購、預購和間接的採購策略,在使用求解最佳化問題的軟體LINGO 驗證後,發現以專案控制的採購次數與模式結果相近,證明在專案管理之下,可達到採購所產生的最適總成本及減少採購次數的多方策略。

英文摘要

This study starts from a project management standpoint to solve the procurement problem,which is faced by a certain “Health Food Regional Company.” According to approaches of PMBOK (the project management body of knowledge), integrated and coordinated by nine knowledge areas,
the problem can be solved appropriately. A suitable procurement strategy, such as joint procurement,unified procurement, batch procurement, purchase in advance, and indirect procurement, can be established. These are for the optimization of the procurement strategy of this specific case study.This study uses LINGO software for verification; the number of purchasing by project control was found to share similar results to the model results. This proved that under project management, the best total cost and reduction of the number of purchasing could be attained in the multi-sourcing strategy.
