本文主要探討層析技術結合質譜法應用在新興濫用藥物的鑑定，由於新興藥物鑑定的參考文獻少，藉由氣相層析／質譜儀的結構鑑定功能以及液相層析／質譜儀的分子量鑑定功能，可以協助確認新興濫用藥物的質譜及分子量資訊，並建立新興濫用藥物及其衍生物的質譜資料庫，以及定性、定量離子評估的分析方法，可作為新興藥物鑑定的參考，以達到反毒機先的效果。

In this study, GC/MS and LC/MS analyses of emerging drugs are evaluated and validated. There are only limitedliterature and few data available, and this study has been engaged in establishing relevant methodologies anddatabase, including mass spectra of different derivatives, molecular weight and selection of qualifi er/quantifi er ions.It is helpful to identify the emerging drugs, to realize the tendency of emerging drugs and to prevent the spread ofemerging drugs.
