數值地圖資料庫的建立爲電腦製圖自動化的首要工作,而確保數值地圖資料品質則有賴周詳的地圖精度標準和嚴格之檢查方法。目前國內對地圖精度標準和檢查方法雖有明文規定,但考慮尚不夠完善。爲配合今後數值地圖資料庫的建立,實有必要重新統一制訂各尺度國家地圖精度標準和檢查方法,供各測量製圖單位遵循因此,本文旨在探討大比例尺地圖之精度標準、檢查方注及配合地圖精度檢查所必需採取之地面測量,提供測量製圖將來制訂我國各尺度國家地圖精度標準和檢查方法時參考。
The primary work of mapping automation is the establishment of digital map database. It depends on detailed map accuracy standards arid rigorous map accuracy tests to ensure the quality of digital spatial data. In the past, we had some specifications on map accuracy standards and map accuracy tests. However, these specifications may fail to meet the requirement of modern mapping. The purpose of this article is to introduce large scale map accuracy standard, map accuracy test and related check survey. Various map accuracy test approaches are discussed, too. It is anticipated that these informations will form the basis to revise the national map accuracy standard and map accuracy test method.
