孫中山先生1906年印制的英法文中國革命政府債券有多種加蓋票.新見到的莫理循舊藏英法文百元債券默書加蓋票並非為當時起義購置軍火用的鈔票,而是用於鎮南關攜槍來降清軍之賞費.該項獎勵辦法後來仍繼續沿用,並增補進<革命方略>之中.而「中華革命軍銀票壹百元」加蓋軍債券極有可能為莫理循舊藏軍債券之後續.通過對革命黨與保皇黨在新加坡論戰的分析,揭示了與莫理循舊藏同類之軍債券「但作清軍攜槍投軍每槍之值數」的真實用途.而<革命方略>之「招降清朝兵勇條件」,也使英法文百元債券的實際發售價得到了證實.
英文摘要
There were several certificates with stamps of the bond printed in English and French by Dr.Sun Yat-sen's Chinese Revolutionary Government in 1906.Newly-found certificates of 100 dollars with ink written stamp collected by G.E.Morrison(1862~1920)were not used for buying uprising weapons, but for awarding the surrendered Qing Dynasty army at Zhennanguan (Guangxi,China)and this award clause was added to the "Revolutionary Tactics" for continuing to use. It is very possible that the silver certificates of 100 dollars with the stamp of Chinese Revolutionary Army followed the army bond collected by G.E.Morrison. Through analyzing the polemic between the revolutionary and the royalist at Singapore this article revealed the true purpose and value of the army bond same with the collected by G.E.Morrison (equivalent to a gun of a surrendered Qing soldier) and the actual price for sale of 100 dollars bond was proved by the term in calling on Qing Dynasty army to surrender in the "Revolutionary Tacties"
