背景與目的:本研究的目的為分析民國98年全國聯評單位(包括聯合評桔中心及評估醫院)在執行。方法:由6人專家小組編撰調查閱卷,聯評單位相關行政人。結果:共84家聯評單位完成填答。在參與聯合評估的8類專業人員中,全國每家聯評單位平均人數以物理治療師及職能治療師之2-3人為最多,其他的專業類別平均每家有1-2人,的家(79010)聯評單位有專責行政人員。聯評單位最常轉介的醫療科別為耳鼻喉科及眼科。平均每家聯評單位的每位小兒神經科醫師及臨床心理師每月聯評工作的總時數分別為14及12小時,較其他專業為多。位於雲嘉南及高高屏地區聯評單位之專業人員,以其投入聯合評估的時數來看,其評估的兒童人數較其他地區者為多。結論:若以區域性之0-6歲兒童人口數推佑,在高高屏地區的聯評單位數目相對較少,評估醫院較聯合評估中心缺乏聯評專業人員及行政人員。臨床意義:本篇研究結果可作為主政單位調整相關資源、推動改進早期療育政策時之參考。(物理治療2011‘36(4):305-314 )

英文摘要

Background and Purposes: The purpose of this study was to analyze the professional resources for evaluating children development in joint evaluation units (include both joint evaluation centers and evaluation hospitals) in 2009 Taiwan. Methods: A questionnaire developed by a 6-experts panel was used for the survey. Results: The staffs of 84 joint evaluation units participated to fill-out the questionnaire. ln these units, professionals of 8 disciplines participated regularly in children evaluation services. Averagely, in each joint evaluation unit there were 2~3 physical therapists or occupational therapists participating in the evaluation services, whereas there were 1~2 professionals of the other disciplines per evaluation unit. Sixty-six joint evaluation units (79%)have full-time administrative staffs. The most frequent referral from the joint evaluation units was to the departments of ear-nose-throat and ophthalmology. The average evaluation service loadings of pediatric neurology physicians and clinical psychologists were 14 and 12 hours per month respectively, which were the largest service 1。“ling among the 8 disciplinary professionals. Professionals of the joint evaluation units in the Yunlin-Chiayi“ Tainan region and Kaohsiung-Pingtung region had relatively larger case-loadings of children evaluation services. Conclusion: With the estimation of the regional service case-loadings for evaluating preschool-age population, in Kaohsiung-Pingtung region there were relatively fewer joint evaluation units than those in the other regions. Compared to the joint evaluation centers, the evaluation hospitals had more insufficient professional resources in term of the 8 discipline professionals and administrative staffs. Clinical Relevance: The results of this study could be used as reference materials for investigating further related resources and any policy innovation of early intervention.
