本研究目的在瞭解手術室護理人員實際感受與期望工作灌能之程度及差異,並探討基本屬性與其工作灌能的關係。研究對象來自南部某醫學中心術室護理人員,以方便取樣收集資料。研究工具採相對應性灌能量表測量工作灌能,其量表係採用王秀珍、盧美秀於1998年發展之結構式問卷,獲得同意後使用。以平均值、配對t檢定、t檢定、皮爾森積差相關及多因子變異數分析等方法進行統計分析。研究結果發現:手術室護理人員實際感受工作灌能在中等程度,平均值為2.79±0.52(總分15分),期望工作灌能平均值為3.46±0.50(總分15分),手術室護理人員實際感受與期望工作灌能達顯著性差異,而實際感受工作灌能亦與年齡、醫院年資、單位年資及期望工作灌能呈正相關。護理人員之教育程度、專業職等及工作科別等基本屬性的不同與期望工作灌能呈顯著性差異。本研究結果可作為手術室行政管理者參考之依據,並規劃未來在職教育方向及臨床實務應用之參考。

英文摘要

The purpose of this research is to understand the degree and difference between the perceived and expected work-empowerment of the operating room nursing staff, and probe into the relations between work-empowerment and its original attribution. The subjects were chosen from the operating room nursing staffs of several medical centersin the southern part of Taiwan. We adopted the relative empowerment inventory tables as the analytical tool to evaluate work-empowerment; we were given permission to use the structural-questionnaire table developed by Wang & Lu (1998). The statistics and analysis methods include average value, paired t-test,independent t-test,Pearson correlation,and AVONA. The results were (1). The perceived work-empowerment of the operating room nursing staffs was in the average value of 2.79±0.52 , while the total average value of expected work-empowerment was 3.46±0.50 (total mark 15); (2). There was a marked difference between the perceived and expected work-empowerment in the operating room nursing staff with the average perceived value lower than the expected value in the perceived work-empowerment; (3). Different positions of room staffs also showed marked differences in perceived work-empowerment, age, work experience in hospital, work experience in the department and expected work-empowerment also directly influenced the perceived work-empowerment. (4). The basic attribute differences of the nursing staffs which included the level of education, the level of professional degree and the working department, also influenced empowerment. The results of this research could serve as basic reference material form operating room administrators to plan the direction of in-service training and application of clinical practice.
