中文摘要

本研究旨在瞭解醫療人員對專科護理師制度認知、角色期望與實踐之看法。採方便取樣以某醫學中心之醫療人員為研究對象,共得324份有效問卷〈醫師143人、專科護理師54人、護理人員81人、基層護理主管46人〉,研究工具係參考陳盈盈女士所發展之「醫療人員對朱科護理師角色評價問卷之五分評量表」之結構式問卷進行修訂。信度檢測知Cronbah’s alpha為0.95。效度係採建構效度與專家效度檢測,將111個子題項目依因素分析而成之十二個因素分量表,在專家檢測之用詞明確性達81.8%,內容合適性達85.9%。資料收集後以描述性統計及變異數檢測進行分析。研究結果顯示:〈1〉醫療人員對專科護理師「制度認知」看法有顯著差面各類醫療人員對專科護理師角色實踐的看法上有顯著之差異(F=5.41,p=0.001)。研究結果期能提供給已實施或即將實施「專科護理師制度」之醫院參考,俾協助專科護理師於臨床上發揮其最大功能及效益,以提供高品質之醫療服務。

英文摘要

The purpose of this study is to understand and compare the recognition of health-care provider about the system, role expectation, & role performance of Nurse Specialist. Using a random selection from health care providers in a medical center, 324 valid questionnaires were obtained. (143 were from medical physicians; 54 were from nurses in specialty professions, 81 were from nurses, whereas 46 were from baseline nurse supervisors.) The research tool was from Yen-Yen Chen's "Questionnaire and Measuring Form for Medical Health Care Givers towards the Evaluation of Nurses of Specialty Profession, "China Medical College's Institution of Medical Affairs Management, Academic paper for Master degree.."This form, apart from the basic classification of information, also included the Likert Scale of 5 proportional measurements as structural questions to perform the evaluation. The overall reliability of the questionnaire is examined its consistency with the Cronbach alpha 0.95. We evaluated the questionnaires by the construct validity and expert validity, and divided the 111 questions into 12 dimensions according to the analysis of factor. The CVI is between 81.8%to 85.9%. The results of this research show: 1.In "Recognition of system," different departments of health care provider have significant differences (F=8.89, P=0.000). 2.In "Role expectation," no health care providers show significant differences. 3.In "Role performance," a statistical analysis shows significant differences between all kinds of health care providers (F=5.41, P=0.001) Through the results of this research, we hope to give greatest benefit to the hospitals that have or will soon carry out policies for nurses of specialty professions. And, it could make NSP have greatest function in clinic and provide best quality of medical care.
