本研究在瞭解美髮從業人員的人格特質、工作績效與生涯規劃之間的關係。本研究以台南市之美髮從業人員為研究對象，共發放400 份問卷，其中以有效問卷323 份進行分析。人格特質分為「志薄從眾型」、「自律保守型」、「敏感謹慎型」三種類型。「自律保守型」、「敏感謹慎型」有較高的工作績效與生涯規劃。人格特質對工作績效與生涯規劃具有顯著的影響相關。從線性結構分析，工作績效在人格特質與生涯規劃關係中，具有完全中介效果。

The research study focuses on understand the relationships among personalities, job performance and career planning of salon professionals. This study used the questionnaires as a measurement tool to research, and the questionnaires samples was drawn out from salon professionals in Tainan City. There were totally 400 pieces of questionnaires issued in this study, and the study was proceeded by data analysis containing 323 pieces of valid questionnaires retrieved, The personalities are divided into three type: small ambition and follow the public”, “self-discipline and conservative”, and “sensitive and cautious”. “Self-discipline and conservative” and “sensitive and cautious” show higher job performance and career planning. The personality has positive effect on job performance and career planning. From linear structural relations, job performance has full medium on the relationships between personality and career planning.
