本研究乃以行動研究法探討五專「產科護理學」課程與臨床實務融入之課程改革方案,以參與醫學中心之產科臨床實務工作與訪談產科實習學生兩種方式,收集產科工作環境的變遷與學生實際感受的困境,研究結果發現:臨床產科照護環境變遷快速,醫護工作人員須具備抗壓性並不斷自我成長,學校教育需因應臨床變化,適度調整教材教法,並須配合學生學習需求,以提升學習成效,本研究可作為五專產科護理學課程改革的依據。

英文摘要

This study focused on using action research method to discuss how to improve the relationship between “obstetric nursing” in 5-year junior college and nursing practice course. The author observed the changes of obstetric working environment and difficulties that students faced through experiencing actual obstetric nursing practice in the medical center and interviewing obstetric practical students. The study found that fast changes in obstetric nursing practice environment caused paramedics to have the ability to resist pressure and seek personal growth, and led schools to adjust its teaching methods which matches up to students’ demands for learning in order to advance learning effectiveness.
