目前全國醫護專校均各自有其技術考制度，以確保各科臨床實習前學生的護理能力，然若未通過篩選則可能會被擋修，影響日後實習。本研究目的旨在探討(一)全國護專執行全年實習前技術考之現況；(二)中部某護專護理科師生對此制度之反應與建議，以作為日後對實習前技術考存廢之參考。係採立意取樣，自填式開放問卷先經專家內容效度檢測後，再分別調查臺灣地區各醫護專校護理科主任及台中某護專護理科師生，以質性研究之方式，將所有填答資料加以編碼、歸類並進行資料分析。結果發現：(1)全國13 所醫護專校中僅有4 所有在執行全年實習前技術考，餘各校有其個別測驗機制；(2)此技術考在中部某護專雖獲得八成以上師生認同，惟仍有許多待改進的空間。目前全臺灣醫護專校各自有其完善的篩選辦法，另外國內外所用之客觀結構式臨床測驗(OSCE)模式，均可作為各校今後辦理相關技術考試之參考。

Nowadays many nursing schools would arrange whole year practicum in purpose for increasing nursing competence of students. After complete their learning, nursing students were arranged to attend a skill proficiency test. If they fail, they were forced to barricade learning and could not attend practicum. The aims of this study were to understand the skill proficiency test before whole year practicum：(1) the actual
conditions that happened in all nursing senior colleges of Taiwan. (2) the reactions and suggestions for this system which from a nursing college. This research made use of the purpose sampling. Researchers adopted open questionnaire investigation method. The questionnaire used expert content validity test. This study investigated the nursing chiefs of nursing senior colleges in Taiwan and the nursing students and teachers of a nursing college in middle of Taiwan. Findings from this study found out there were only four schools executed the skill proficiency test before whole year practicum. Besides, there were approximately eighty percent students and teachers approved this skill proficiency test. However, it still has some shortages need to be corrected. Nowadays, many schools have their individual screening echanism for identifying students whether have proficient nursing skills for dealing with the challenge of whole year practicum. In addition, many schools applied OSCE to their screening method. The results could be a basis for the improvement.
