中文摘要

性別平等教育為「友善校園」總體營造規劃重點項目之一,酌因校園中充滿性別權屬或不對等關係,如尊崇男性特質、貶抑女性特質等現象,然校園中男性若為少數族群,則校園氛圍是否有所差異值得探究。本研究主要目的在於瞭解與分析某護專男性學生對於校園性別差異現象之觀點與感受,包括對於校園教學現場之師生互動、同儕互動、教學歷程等議題之觀感等。本研究採質性研究形式,以深度訪談方式蒐集研究對象之主觀觀點與感受,以立意取樣方式蒐集研究資料,共訪談就讀某護專一至五年級男性學生十四人,蒐集到十四份男學生對校園性別差異現象觀點之文本資料,並以現象學資料分析法進行資料分析。研究結果發現研究對象對師生互動、同儕互動、教學歷程等相關主題,均出現性別差異知覺,並依此研究結果提出具體建議,供有興趣之研究者或教學工作者參考。

英文摘要

Due to the gender unequal on campus, for example, admiring masculine traits or depreciating feminine traits, gender equity education becomes one of the planning items overall building up “friendly campus.” In traditional nursing education, female students play critical and important role. However, it might result in different atmosphere while male students become minority. The aims of this study were to explore and analyze the perception and experiences associated with campus gender
differences when male students enter a nursing college. The study involved three parts that happened in the campus teaching site: teacher-student interaction, peer interaction, and instructional context. This study adopted a qualitative research design with purposive sampling, in-depth interviews, and phenomenological data analysis in order to collect and analyze the texts of fourteen male students at a nursing college. The
results showed that research samples indeed existed in perception of gender difference in teacher-student interaction, peer interaction, and instructional context. The specific suggestions that in accordance with the results of this study may serve as a reference for educational practitioners when implementing gender equality education at nursing
colleges.
