景嶽全書中雜證謨的內容，記載了耳鼻咽喉病證的治療，景嶽的治病思想源自於他所提出的陰陽命門學說，治病先審陰陽，重視精血形質的調理，其次辨明虛實，從形氣脈色可辨。其治療眩暈證主張無虛不作眩，反對濫用寒涼，而應以補氣血爲最。喉痺重視腎陰虧損虛火之辨治，其中火盛用加減一陰煎、滋陰八味煎；火微用一陰煎、六味地黃湯。若屬陰盛格陽之真寒證則用鎮陰煎引火歸原。景嶽臨床治療耳鼻咽喉疾病的經驗，虛證者多，實證者少，而以填補真陰，溫養陽氣爲主，以種溫陽保精的觀念，對近代學者溫陽理虛的思想頗多啓發。

The content of Tsa Zheng Mo in Jing yue quan shu was recorded about treatment of ear, nose and throat (ENT) diseases patterns. The therapeutic thought of Jing yue was originated from his hypothesis of yin-yang and life gate. He should be firstly differentiated diagnosis of Yin and Yang patterns when the ENT diseases were treated. And his thinking was emphasized the regularity of essence, blood, form and substance. The second thinking should be distinguished vacuity and repletion patterns and the differentiated diagnosis from the form, qi, pulse, and color. Vertigo patterns treated by Jing yue, he though would never occur in the absence of vacuity, thus heat-cold drugs should be prohibited. On the contrary, the most important was to supplement qi and blood. The treatment of Hou Pi as one kind of throat disease, he emphasized identify patterns of vacuity fire caused by kidney yin depletion. Chia Chien I Yin Jian, Tzu Yin Pa Wei Jian were used to purge abundant fire. In the light of small fire, I Yin Jian, Liu Wei Di-Huang Tang would be used to clear away the heat. As for true cold patterns result from yin exuberance and yang qi floating to the upper body, Chen Yin Jian was use to return fire to its source. In the treatment of disorders of ear, nose, pharynx and larynx, Jing-yue experienced clinically more vacuity patterns than repletion ones, thus it focused on supplementing the true yin and warm nourishing the yang qi. The concept of warm yang to guard essence did give rise to the idea of warm yang to regularity of vacuity in update scholars.
