這是一位重症肝炎黃疸的病例，男性，40歲，因慢性B型肝炎急性發作，於91年12月18日住進中部某教學醫院，肝功能檢查，GOT/GPT=1402/2243，總膽紅素=30.62。本病例住院時除接受西醫常規治療外，並結合中醫治療，以辨病與辨證結合的觀念，應用清熱利膽和活血化瘀方法治療，結果患者於92年1月6日因病情明顯改善而出院。

This is a case of advanced hepatitis jaundice, 40 years male, admitted result from chronic hepatitis B type with acute exacerbation at a teaching hospital of mid-Taiwan in December 18 of 2002. The liver function test was demonstrated that GOT/GPT=1402/2243, total bilirubin and direct bilirubin=30.63/23.2. He received a regular routine treatment and integrated Chinese Medicine treatment in admission. The methods of clearing heat and disiuhibit bile as well as quicken the blood and transform stasis were used on basis the concept of identify diseases combined identify patterns. Result the patient illness was improved and discharged in January 6 of 2003.
