中醫妊娠胎兒學的理論，見於五藏論及逐月養胎論。五藏論的內容與目前西醫的胚胎學多所相應；逐月養胎論則主要論述妊娠生理、病理、飲食宜忌、禁針穴及胎教。
英文摘要
The theory of Chinese Fetology in pregnancy was described in the Wu Zang Lun and Zhu Yue Yang Tai Lun. The content of Wu Zang Lun is much related to the development of fetus and similar to Western Embryology. The chief records of Zhu Yue Yang Tai Lun were described about physiology, pathology, diet indication and contraindication, contraindicative points of acupuncture, as well as prenatal education in pregnancy.
