本研究目的擬評估針刺封偏頭痛之加重因素的治療作用。依據1988年國際頭痛學會頭痛診斷標凖，薛先了32例患者並給予頭痛日誌記錄包括頭痛強度、時間長短和發作頻率，及偏頭痛加重因素之問卷調查表。針刺治療後計算頭痛指數及加重因素百分比來評估療效。結果顯示，頭痛指數在針刺治療組60天有統計學的顯著差異，而偏頭痛加重因素以壓力因素探討，針刺風池、陽陵泉、太衡、合谷等穴，對改善偏頭痛有顯著意羲的效果。

The purpose of study was to evaluate the therapeutic effects of acupuncture for migraine with trigger factors. Thirty-two migraine patients were selected in this study according to standard of headache diagnosis from International Headache Society in 1988. Every patient was given one headache diary to record severity, duration and frequency of headache, as well as given one table of migraine accelerated trigger factors. Headache index and trigger factors percentages of migraine were calculated to evaluate the acupuncture effects. Results demonstrated that headache index in acupuncture group treated for 60 days was significantly different. Pressure trigger factor of migraine had a statistically significant improvement when acupuncture to points of GB 20, GB 34, LIV 3 and LI 4.
