近年有報告刺槐素對各種惡性腫瘤細胞有生長抑制作用,本文用MTT法系統研究了刺槐素對各種惡性腫瘤細胞株的細胞毒性作用,且與人類正常皮膚成纖維細胞株比較。刺槐素對各種細胞的IC50值分別爲:人類正常成纖維細胞,522μM;大腸直腸癌HCT-15,15.2μM;非小細胞肺癌A549,36.4μM;乳房癌MCF-7,68.4μM;乳房癌Hs-578T,52.3μM;前列腺癌PC-3,52.7μM;肝癌C3a,121.5μM;前列腺癌DU-145,225.8μM。本次研究結果顯示,刺槐素爲一有希望的抗癌新藥,尤其是大腸直腸癌與肺癌,有進一步研究價值

英文摘要

It has been reported that acacetin has growth inhibitory effect on various malignant tumor cells recently. The present study investigated the cytotoxic effects of acacetin on various human malignant tumor cell lines systemically by MTT test, and compared with human normal skin fibroblast. Acacetin showed dose-dependent cytotoxic effects on various malignant tumor cells. The IC50 values of acacetin were 522μM for normal human fibroblast, 15.2μM for colorectal carcinoma HCT-15, 36.4μM for non-small cell lung cancer cell A549, 36.2μM for breast cancer cell Hs-578T, 52.7μM for prostate cancer cell PC-3, 121.5μM for hepatoma C3a, 225.8μM for prostate cancer cell DU-145, respectively. Our results indicated that acacetin might be a promising novel agent for treatment of various cancers, especially the colorectal cancer and lung cancer and is worthy for further investigation.
