Paratesticluar myxoid liposarcoma is rare, and it shares the similar clinical presentation with hydrocele, inguinal hernia, and testicular tumor. Via adequate management, good prognosis can be obtained. Here, we presented a 62-year- old man with recurrent paratesticular myxoid liposarcoma, and reviewed the literatures about the disease.
