Synchronous metastasis of renal cell carcinoma (RCC) to the pancreas in uncommon. Most pancreatic metastases represent advanced disease or sporadic metastasis post nephrectomy in the case of RCC. Resectable synchronous pancreatic metastatic tumors are also rare and may increase comorbidity due to large operative field withand pancreas surgery. Herein we report the cases of two patients with metastatic RCC to the pancreas who both received Whipple's operation. Adjuvant chemotherapy and immune therapy were administrated. No local recurrence was reported. Unfortunately, one One of them died of distant metastasis and the other died of surgical complications.
